We are located over here on Laksar Road in Kankhal. It is right by Vatika Farm House. Most days start pretty early because that is when people want to leave for their trips. We sit in the office and answer the phone a lot. Sometimes the tea gets cold because a driver calls about a road closure or a flat tire. Haridwar is always busy, especially during the big festivals. We just try to keep the cars clean and make sure they have enough fuel before they go out. It gets dusty around here so cleaning is a big job. We know these roads well because we have lived here for a long time. People come in looking for a ride to the temples or maybe further up into the hills. We write everything down in a big book. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three families show up at once wanting to go to different places. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time, but we have chairs and we know how to get you where you need to go. If you are walking down Laksar Road you will see our sign. We usually have a few drivers hanging around outside waiting for their next turn. It is a simple business. We just manage the vehicles and try to stay on schedule as much as the traffic allows us to.
