RSV POLYGLASS MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, RSV Polyglass Manufacturing Private Limited, is set up at Plot Number D-23 in the Sandila-II industrial area over in Hardoi. If you know the 241203 area, you know it's a place where a lot of manufacturing happens. We spend most of our days inside the factory dealing with the polyglass production. It gets quite warm in there with the machines running, but that's just how the manufacturing life goes in Uttar Pradesh. We aren't a big corporate office with people in suits; we're usually on the floor checking the sheets and making sure the machines are behaving. The plot at D-23 is where everything happens, from raw materials coming in to the finished polyglass being loaded up for transport. Sometimes the electricity can be a bit temperamental, which makes for some long afternoons waiting for things to get back on track. We've been in the Sandila-II district for a while now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial park. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it's what we do. We mostly just focus on keeping the manufacturing process moving and dealing with whatever mechanical issues pop up. It's a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the details. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we know the equipment inside and out. It’s just a regular local business trying to get the work done every day.
