Raja Organic Fertilizer (Opc) Privatelimited is located in Madhoganj, which is in the Hardoi district. Our address is c/o Ramroop Verma in Kwatikwjgipur. It is a small place but we do a lot of work from here. We are focused on organic fertilizer because that is what the soil around here seems to need these days. We aren't some big chemical factory. It is more of a local effort to get back to basics. Ramroop Verma’s place is where we keep the records and meet up to discuss things. Hardoi is a big agricultural area, and you can see fields for miles in every direction. We spend our time talking to farmers about how they can improve their land without using too many harsh chemicals. It is a slow conversation to have sometimes, but we are patient. The office is just a regular room with some chairs and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a website or a big advertising budget. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We are just regular folks who think that working the land the right way is what matters most. It involves a lot of manual labor and getting our hands dirty, which is fine by us. We just want to keep the soil healthy for the next generation. People stop by all the time to ask questions about their plants or just to say hello.
