We started Mta Developers Private Limited a while back right here in Mallawan. Our office is actually at Shiba Ansari’s place in Nasrat Nagar. It’s a quiet spot in Hardoi, but things get busy when we have projects lined up. We mostly deal with building work around the local area. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of blueprints. Most of us grew up around here so we know the roads and the people well. Sometimes the weather makes things slow down, especially when the rains hit Uttar Pradesh hard, but we keep at it. We handle the day-to-day tasks of development without making a big fuss about it. If you walk down the lanes in Mallawan, you might see us around. It’s basic work, really. We make sure the walls are straight and the materials arrive on time. It can be stressful when the trucks are late or the workers don't show up, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for filing something official. Most of the day is spent talking to people or checking on the site progress. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. It's a living and we try to do it right without overcomplicating things. Being based in a place like Nasrat Nagar keeps us grounded. We’re just local people doing construction work.
