Madhoganj Developers Private Limited is based out of Nawal Kishor Maheswarhardoi, specifically in the Ajad Nagar area. It’s a local operation and we spend most of our time just managing the day-to-day things that pop up. Being in Hardoi, things move at a certain pace and we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we sit down to figure out our next steps for the local projects we are handling. There’s a lot of talk about development in this part of the state, so we stay busy enough with the basics. We don't really have a big team or a flashy setup. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the site work is moving along and that the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the weather makes things hard or there are delays with transport, but that is just part of the job here. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while and people know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. It’s just honest work, really. We don't try to be something we’re not. Most days involve a lot of tea and looking over maps or plans. It gets dusty and loud sometimes when there’s construction nearby, but we just get on with it.
