Kapilsona Construction Private Limited is located over in Sandila. If you know the area, we are right near the big cold storage in Sunba Bagh. It is a busy part of town especially when the trucks are moving in and out of the storage facility. We spend most of our time out on the sites, so the office is mostly a place to store our tools and do the paperwork. The dust from the road gets everywhere, but that is just part of being in construction around here. We have a small group of people who have been working together for a few years now. Most of us live close by so we walk or take the bike to work every morning. It gets really hot in the summer, and we usually take a long break in the middle of the day when the sun is at its worst. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we manage our projects and talk to the guys about what needs to be done next. Ram Prasad is the landmark most people use to find us. We keep things pretty simple. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby area but we are used to it by now. We focus on getting the building work done right so we can move on to the next one. It is not an easy job but it is what we do. We just keep our heads down and work.
