Ankalp Food Llp

Our office is right across from Aruna Park in the New Civil Lines area, at house number 253/3. It’s a nice spot because we can see the trees and the people walking their dogs in the park during our short breaks. Ankalp Food Llp is a small operation we started because we wanted to be our own bosses and do something useful. It’s not a big factory with smoke coming out. It’s more of a home-based setup that grew a little bit bigger than we ever expected it to. We spend our days mostly organizing orders and making sure the food items are ready for the local shops to pick up. The house we work out of is quite old, so it has high ceilings which really helps keep the place cool in the summer heat. We don't have a big sign outside on the road, just a small one by the gate so people don't get lost looking for us. Sometimes we have meetings sitting on plastic chairs in the courtyard because it's nicer than being inside. It’s very informal and we like it that way. We don't use big words or pretend to be some giant company. We just like making food products that people around here actually need. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking or a delivery being late. We just fix it and move on with our day. The park is always busy.
