Sri Lakshmi Agency is right here at Khan Baba Chauraha. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing our thing and helping people who walk through the door. It’s a busy spot, the chauraha gets a lot of traffic, but we like the energy. Most days it’s just us handling the daily stock and making sure things are in order. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s a practical space. People know us in this neighborhood because we’ve stayed in the same spot for years. If you’re passing by Khan Baba Chauraha, you’ll see our sign. It isn't anything special, just a regular local business. We keep things pretty simple here. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive all at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to run the agency properly. My cousin helped me set up the shelves a few years back and they’re still holding up okay. We deal with various items and try to keep what people usually ask for. It’s mostly just hard work and being here on time every morning. The tea shop next door keeps us going most afternoons. We know our regulars by name and they know where to find us. If you need something, you just come in and ask. That’s how we’ve always done it and it works for everyone involved.
