Maarewa Hospital

Maarewa Hospital is tucked away on Chopane Roads, right by the Neha Bhaishree Petrol Pump. It’s an easy landmark because everyone knows the petrol pump. The hospital stays pretty busy with people coming in from the surrounding areas. You can hear the sound of bikes and cars pulling into the pump next door all day. Inside, the floors are always being mopped, so you have to watch your step. We have several wards and a small emergency area that stays lit up all night. The staff here are mostly locals, so we all know the shortcut roads around Chopane Roads. It’s a plain building, nothing too flashy on the outside. We have a few benches outside where people sit when the weather is nice. The reception area is a bit small, so it can feel a bit crowded when a lot of families show up at once. There’s a small fan that wobbles a bit in the corner, but it keeps the air moving. We deal with all sorts of things every day, from small scrapes to bigger issues. The lighting is that bright white kind that makes everything look very clean. We keep our records in big metal cabinets that squeak when you open them. It’s just a working hospital where we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can for everyone who walks in.
