Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.

We are located out in Village Nayagaon, which is near Harda in Madhya Pradesh. It’s a bit of a rural spot, but that’s where the work takes us. Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. has been operating from this site to handle the power lines going through this part of the state. Being in a village means things are a bit slower-paced in some ways but very busy in others. We have a lot of heavy equipment coming through the Po Nayagaon area. The roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we make it work. Our team is a mix of locals and people who’ve moved here for the project. We eat our lunch together and spend the day looking at site reports. There’s no big corporate office vibe here. It’s more about wearing boots and being out in the field. We deal with a lot of steel and cable, making sure everything is bolted down right. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat, which can be pretty intense in MP. But we just keep at it. People in the village know us as the power company people. We don’t do much advertising because our work is right there in the fields and along the roads for everyone to see. We just want to get the transmission lines up and running without any major hiccups. That’s our daily life here in Nayagaon.
