Ganpati Traders

Ganpati Traders is over on Panchvati Road in Pachmarhi. We are situated near the Food Park, which brings a lot of people to this part of town. Pachmarhi is a lovely place with a lot of natural beauty, so it’s a nice environment to work in every day. Our shop isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a standard building where we store and sell our goods. We deal with all sorts of things, and the stock is always moving in and out. Panchvati Road gets a fair amount of traffic, especially during the tourist season. We open up the shutters early in the morning and start organizing the shelves. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. It’s just a few of us working together. We use a simple notebook to keep track of what we sell. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just keep going. We know the other business owners nearby and we often help each other out if someone is short on something. It’s a very relaxed way of doing business. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy vision for the future. We just want to provide what the locals and visitors need and make a living. Most of our customers are people we see every week, so we know their names and what they usually look for. It’s just a regular, honest local trading business that keeps us busy.
