Started by the gate at Raghavji Ki Kothi. We spend most of our time looking at crates and talking to people who come by. It’s a bit dusty here sometimes but that’s how it goes with this kind of work. We aren't doing anything fancy. Just a few of us making sure things get where they need to go. Usually, the morning starts around eight. We open the doors and check the stock. My brother helps out with the ledger. It’s not a huge operation, just a regular place in the neighborhood. Some days are slow. We sit and talk about the weather or how the crops are doing further out. People know where to find us. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The sign outside is getting a little faded. We thought about painting it last year but never got around to it. It’s fine as it is. We handle the organic stuff because that's what we know. It keeps us busy enough. You can hear the traffic from the gate all day. We just focus on the work in front of us. It’s mostly manual labor, moving things around and keeping track of who bought what. Nothing complicated about it. We just stay here and do what needs doing until it's time to close up and head home for dinner.
