People come in with all sorts of complaints, like joint pain or digestion issues, and they want to try the natural route. We don't do big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors. Pakka Bagh is a busy area, and Garh Road always has traffic, so it’s a lively place to be. We spend a lot of time weighing out powders or explaining how to use a certain oil. It’s a slow kind of business compared to a modern pharmacy. You have to talk to people and understand what’s bothering them. The shop isn't very large, so it can feel a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We don't mind, though. It’s just how we work. We’ve been at this location for a good while and have seen many regulars. It’s about sticking to the old ways of doing things. We just provide the herbs and let the traditions do the rest. It’s a simple life here on Garh Road, just selling what works.
