Vrinda Timber & Plywood

We set up shop on Khurja Peach Garh Road, and if you drive by, you’ll definitely smell the wood before you see the sign. We have stacks of timber and sheets of plywood piled up high in the yard. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in to drop off logs and others leaving with orders for construction sites or furniture makers. We spend a lot of time measuring things and cutting wood to the sizes people need. It’s heavy work, and our backs usually ache by the end of the day. The office is just a small wooden shack in the corner where we keep the receipts and take orders. It gets pretty dusty in there because of all the sawing happening outside. We don’t have a fancy showroom; if you want to see the wood, you just walk out into the yard and look at the stacks yourself. We’ve got all kinds of grades, from the cheap stuff for temporary fixes to the better quality wood for nice cabinets. People from all over the Khurja area come to us because they know we have what they need in stock most of the time. We don’t do any big advertising, just rely on folks knowing we’re here on the road. It’s a straightforward business, selling wood to people who need it for building their homes or shops. We just try to be helpful and get the trucks loaded quickly.
