SUN PALM PROPERTIES LLP

Sun Palm Properties LLP is over at Shop No 4 on Street No 4 in Punjabi Mohalla. This is Ward No 23, and it is a pretty traditional neighborhood. The streets are a bit tight, and everyone is always out and about. We run the property business from this small shop. It’s the kind of place where neighbors stop by to say hello while we are working. We don’t have those huge glossy posters or anything. It’s mostly just us with our registers and a few chairs for visitors. Dealing with properties in an area like Punjabi Mohalla means you have to know the people and the history of the blocks. Street No 4 is usually busy with kids playing or people heading to the market. We spend our time checking on listings and talking to folks who want to move into the area. It gets quite hot in the summer, and the shop can feel a bit small when more than three people are inside. But it works for us. We like being part of the local ward. There is no corporate ladder here, just a small business trying to stay organized. We keep our files in order and try to give honest answers when someone asks about a plot or a house. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. Just a local shop in a local neighborhood.
