Our mill is located at 1 Hanmangarh, right in the heart of the Hanumangarh area. It is a busy place, especially when the rice season is in full swing. Rajasthan might be a desert to some, but here in Hanumangarh, we have plenty of grain moving through. We spend our days around the machines and the general mills. There is always that smell of dry husks and grain in the air, which you get used to after a few days. We are not a huge company with shiny glass walls; we have a functional mill where the work actually happens. The trucks come in from the fields and we get to work.
