Amit Medicos is situated right at the Junction H O. It’s a busy part of town where everyone seems to be passing through to get somewhere else. Because of the location, we get all sorts of people stopping by. Some are locals and some are just passing through the junction. We keep the shop stocked with the common medicines and first aid stuff. It’s a small space, so we have to stack things pretty high on the walls. It gets a bit loud with the buses and cars outside, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. It’s just a straightforward place to get your medicine. The counter is usually covered with some papers and a few boxes we haven't put away yet. We open up early because the junction gets busy at sunrise. Dealing with the distributors is a daily task, making sure we haven't run out of the basics. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it’s quiet, just watching the traffic. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but it’s what we do. We don't promise anything other than having a shop that stays open and has most of what you'd expect a chemist to have. It’s a humble spot that serves the purpose for the people around here. We just try to keep things moving and help whoever walks in with their prescription or their needs.
