Amar Enterprises

Amar Enterprises is based in Bhadra, and we are situated very close to the Government Hospital. Being near the hospital means there is always a crowd of people around and the street is never really quiet. We see all sorts of people walking past our door every hour of the day. Our shop is a practical place. We don't have any decorative furniture or plush carpets. Just solid counters and shelves filled with the items we keep in stock. We get a lot of people stopping in because they are already in the area for the hospital, so we stay busy from the moment we open up. The building we are in is quite old, but it serves us well enough. We keep the front window clean so people can see we are open, but that’s about as far as our decorating goes. The daily routine is pretty simple. We check the inventory, talk to the suppliers, and help the customers who come in looking for specific things. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the street gets jammed with ambulances and rickshaws, but that’s just life in Bhadra. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise anymore. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everyone gets what they need without too much fuss.
