Trasinyai Agros Private Limited is out in the Warangal Rural area. Our place is H No 43-1-168 in Potharajupalle, which is part of the Geesukonda Mandal. It’s a very local operation. We are surrounded by fields and that’s exactly where we need to be. We deal with agro products and helping out the farming community here in Telangana. It’s not a fancy office job. We spend a lot of time outside or in the warehouse. The 506330 area is quiet most of the time, except when the tractors are moving. We started this because we wanted to do something practical with agriculture. We don't have a website with a bunch of promises. We just have our physical location and the work we do every day. Sometimes the roads out here get muddy during the monsoon, making it hard to move stock, but we manage. We aren't looking to become a global conglomerate. We just want to do right by the local growers and keep the business running. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when it’s harvest time. We mostly talk to people face-to-face. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us making sure the agros are handled properly. It’s a simple life but it’s ours. We just keep going one day at a time and try to stay busy with the seeds and the soil.
