Our office for Sudeepaa Chits (Kakatiya) Privatelimited is located right in Siddarthanagar. If you are familiar with the area near NIT in Khazipet, you probably know the street. We are on the first floor of H. No. 1-1-1089. It is a simple place where we spend our mornings and afternoons. Usually, the stairs are a bit narrow, but once you get up here, it’s just a regular workspace. We have been in this part of town for a good while. Dealing with chit funds takes up most of our time. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small team of us sitting here, keeping track of the numbers and making sure everything matches up at the end of the month. Being near NIT means there is always something going on nearby, but our floor stays relatively quiet. We like being in Khazipet because it feels like home. There are no shiny glass walls or expensive furniture here, just desks and chairs and plenty of paper. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. We just get on with the work. Most folks who come by are from around here. We know the neighborhood well and have stayed put in this building because it works for us. It’s just a practical spot for a practical business. No more, no less. Just us doing our thing every day, year after year, without making a big fuss about it.
