We’re tucked away in the Siraj Complex on Pinjarla Street. Most people just say we're near the Chowrastha in Hanmakonda. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons. Our room is 6-2-232. It’s not the biggest office, but it fits us just fine. We have a few desks where we sit and handle the chit fund business. It’s mostly just paperwork and talking to the people who walk through the door. Warangal is where we live and work, so we see our neighbors every single day. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done the old way with pens and big books. It works for us. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend our time making sure the collections are recorded right and the payouts happen when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic outside at the crossing, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or free coffee. We just do the work we’ve been doing for years. People trust us because they know who we are and they can always find us here at the complex when they need to talk.
