Our office is on the first floor at 11-25-135/1 in Kothawada. We are right by the P Maidan area in Warangal. If you know the neighborhood, we are pretty easy to spot. We aren't a huge operation. It’s just a few of us working here every day to help folks with their savings and small loans. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are narrow, but it serves its purpose. Inside, we have some wooden desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time looking at bank statements and filling out forms. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it helps the people in our community get by. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. There is no need for fancy language or business suits here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s very quiet. We like the balance. Warangal is a good place to be, and being near the Maidan means there is always something going on outside. We don’t have any big slogans or goals other than keeping our records straight and making sure everything is handled fairly for everyone involved. It’s just how we’ve always done things. We stay open late sometimes when people need us to, but mostly we stick to the regular hours.
