Gvrc Developers Private Limited is based out of Hanamkonda. Our place is at 2-9-38 in the Vikasnagar area. Hanamkonda is a great place to be, and Vikasnagar is a nice, quiet part of it. We have been working from this office for some time now. It’s a basic building, nothing too flashy, but it’s ours. Inside, you’ll find the usual setup for a developer's office. There are plenty of maps on the walls and folders full of project notes. We spend a lot of time discussing how to get things built and talking to the workers on the ground. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't spend all day behind a desk; we are often out and about in the neighborhood checking on things. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on the administrative side of things. It can be a bit tedious, but it has to be done. We have a small staff, so we all pitch in with different tasks. If the printer jams or the tea runs out, we just handle it ourselves. We like the local feel of Vikasnagar. It makes it easier to talk to people because they know us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to do good development work in our corner of Hanamkonda. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine.
