We are located at 31-3-140/7 in Parimala Colony. That’s over in the Komatapally area of Wadepally, which is part of Hanmkonda. Gr Estate Developers is the name we put on our documents. Being in Warangal, things feel a little different than the bigger cities. It is a bit quieter around our office, which we like. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from the neighborhood or nearby villages. We spend a lot of time talking about plots of land and how things are being built these days. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old chairs and a big table where we spread out the maps. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Sometimes we have to go out into the heat to check on a piece of land, and that is just part of the job. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us handling the paperwork and making sure the records are right. People know us by our name and where we sit. We have been here for a bit and know the area well. It is a good place to be if you want to stay connected to what is happening on the ground. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just work on estates and land and try to keep things moving.
