We’re based out of Hanamkonda in Warangal, specifically at H.No: 5-11-671/1 in Vidyaranyapuri. You’ll find us right across from the KUC First Gate. Chamundi Resorts and Valley Private Limited started because we saw a lot of potential in the local area for people wanting to get away for a bit. We aren’t some big city firm; we’re local folks who know this neighborhood inside and out. The office isn't much to look at, just a few chairs and a big table where we plan things out. We spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to make a nice space for visitors. Warangal is a bit slower than Hyderabad, and we like it that way. It lets us focus on the details without feeling rushed all the time. Sometimes we’re out in the field more than we are in the office. Our shoes usually have a bit of dirt on them from walking around the sites. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with construction, but we stick with it. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we care about how things look around here. It’s just us, working hard in Vidyaranyapuri every single day.
