We are based over at 2-264 in Krishmammal Nagar, right in the Fairlands area. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most days you’ll find us sorting through paperwork or talking to folks about their housing needs. We’ve been running ANUSTUP HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED for a while now. It isn’t always easy keeping everything on track with materials and labor, but we manage to get things done. The office is just a regular place where we sit down and look at plans. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that, just us and some desks. Usually, one of us is out on a site while the other stays back to handle the files. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to be part of how the neighborhood grows. It gets hot in the afternoons here so we usually have the fan going full blast while we check on the progress of different builds. People around Fairlands know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We don't go for big speeches. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing to keep the business moving. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. That's pretty much our life here. We just take it day by day.
