Our place is over in Mochi Mohalla, right across from Ajanta Hospital. It’s a busy spot so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been dealing in marbles and granites for a while. It’s a family-run thing mostly. We have piles of granite slabs sitting out and some marble inside. The inventory changes depending on what we can get from the suppliers. People from around the hospital area know us well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office. We sit on plastic chairs and drink tea with anyone who walks in to ask about prices. The floor is usually covered in some stone dust because that’s just how it is when you move these things around. Granites are heavy and we spend a lot of time loading and unloading. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. We just talk to people. If someone needs a kitchen counter or some flooring for their bathroom, they come by and take a look. We tell them what we have in stock today. Sometimes we have a lot of one color and none of another. It depends on the week. Shree Balaji Marbles And Granites is just a regular local shop. We do our work and go home. That’s the way it has been since we started here in the mohalla. We just keep it moving one day at a time.
