Mahamaya Clinic

Mahamaya Clinic is located in Sadashivgad. It’s a smaller place, more like a neighborhood clinic than a big, formal hospital. We’ve been serving the local residents in this area for quite a while now. The clinic is tucked away in a spot that most of the locals already know by heart. We don’t have a big staff at all, just a few of us making sure people get seen by the doctor. The waiting room is quite small, with just enough space for a handful of people to sit while they wait for their turn. Most days start early and end fairly late, depending on how many people show up at the door. We see a lot of the same people over and over again, so we’ve gotten to know their families and their personal stories quite well. It’s not a fancy medical center with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a plain room with the necessary equipment for basic checkups and treatments. The air here is usually a bit salty because we’re not too far from the coast. We deal with coughs, fevers, and the usual stuff that bothers people from day to day. Sometimes it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside, and other times it’s bustling with people talking. We don’t do any advertising; we just stay open and wait for whoever needs us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic in Sadashivgad.
