Panaash Charitable Foundation

Panaash Charitable Foundation is based out of Zachaldara in Handwara. You can find us near the J&K Bank Ltd, specifically at the spot for Zahoor Ahmad Mir. It’s a busy little area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We are just a small group of people working here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a couple of rooms with some basic furniture and computers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive advertising. Most of what we do is just regular office work, handling the foundation’s paperwork and making sure things are in order. The winters here in Handwara can be quite cold, so we spend a lot of time huddled near the heater while we get through our tasks. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just us, doing the work ourselves. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the internet to start working, or for the mail to arrive, but that is just part of being in this location. We are not trying to sound like some big international organization. We are just a local foundation in Zachaldara. People around here know who we are, and that is enough for us. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. It is honest work and we try to keep it simple every single day without making things too complicated for ourselves.
