Jarves Foundation

We are based up on the second floor of the building on Hospital Road. It’s right behind Jamia Jadeed here in Handwara. Javid Ashraf Sheikh is who runs things. Most days you’ll find someone around the office dealing with the daily tasks. It’s not a big fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Handwara is a busy spot, especially around the hospital area, so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. We handle the Jarves Foundation work from here. People sometimes find it hard to spot us because we are tucked behind the mosque, but once you find the second floor, you’re in the right place. We just focus on the work at hand. No big speeches or anything like that. Just some locals trying to keep things moving. We use this space for all our meetings and paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Hospital Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. If you are looking for us, just head toward the Jamia Jadeed area and look up. We are usually here during the day. It is a simple setup with just the basics needed to run the foundation. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep it practical and stay busy with whatever needs doing each week.
