We’ve been at Sadgurunivas in Shreenathnagar for a good while now. Most people around here know the spot because it’s right behind Anant Theater in Ghorpadigaon. It’s a busy little area, but we’ve grown to like the noise. My name is Aniruddha Vaidya, and we run this office as a small, local team. We decided to get the ISO certification a while back because it felt like a practical way to keep our paperwork in order. The office address is 71/4, Colony No. 1, C/O Vasuderao R. Doijode. It’s a simple setup in a residential building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass offices you see in the city center. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going through the mail. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in, find a chair, and we talk about whatever needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during showtimes at the theater, but that’s just Pune life for you. Our desks are usually piled with folders and pens. We don't have a big mission statement or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. It’s a very grounded way to spend the day. We’ve stayed in this part of town because it feels like home to us. It’s not perfect, but it works for what we need.
