Kranthi Auto Services is over at H. No:-1-104 in Bhattupally. It’s a small garage where we handle all sorts of vehicle troubles. The floor is covered in oil spots and there are old tires stacked up in the corner. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception area. You just walk in and find us under a car or working on a bike engine. It’s a messy job, but someone has to do it. Bhattupally is a quiet village, so we don't get a huge rush of strangers. Most of our customers are people we see every day at the tea stall. They bring their tractors or motorcycles when they start acting up. We use whatever tools we have to get them back on the road. Sometimes we have to improvise when a specific part isn't available right away. We spend a lot of time with grease under our fingernails. It’s just the way it is. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned by doing it for years. The shop is small and it gets hot in the summer afternoons. We usually take a break then and sit in the shade. We aren't looking to expand into a big franchise. We just want to keep the local vehicles running. It’s a simple business for a simple place.
