M/S. Blkashyap & Sons Ltd

Our office is located at House No 44B on Lane 6B/5 in New Delhi. Blkashyap & Sons has been around for quite a while, and this house has become our main hub. It doesn't look like your typical office building from the outside, which we actually like. It feels more personal. We do a lot of heavy lifting in the construction world. Most of our days are spent getting everything ready for the crews, checking on materials, and making sure the numbers add up. Delhi is a massive city with a lot of competition, but we just focus on what’s right in front of us. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished presentations. If you want to know something, we just tell you straight. The office gets pretty cluttered with site photos and technical drawings. There’s always the sound of someone on a mobile phone talking to a foreman. We've had our share of tough projects where things didn't go as planned, but we always stick around until the job is finished. That's just how we were taught to work. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to keep the trucks moving and the structures rising. It's a lot of long hours and dusty clothes, but it's what we do. We're here every day making it happen.
