Hdfc Bank

Up here in Hamirpur, specifically in Karsai, we run this Hdfc Bank branch. It’s in V P O Karsai, Teh Barsar. Being in Himachal Pradesh, the pace is a little different than the big cities. We serve a lot of people from the surrounding villages. The pin code is 174312, and we’ve become a bit of a hub for this area. People travel from a bit away to get their banking done here. We handle the basics like passbook updates and small loans. The office is simple. We don’t have fancy glass walls or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s just us and the customers. Sometimes the mountain weather makes things a bit tricky, but we stay open. We know most of our customers by name, and their kids too. It’s a community thing. We don’t use big words or try to sell things people don’t need. We just sit across the table and talk. The branch is a practical necessity for the district. We keep the records straight and make sure everyone gets their money when they need it. It’s a lot of paperwork, but that’s the job. If you’re passing through Teh Barsar, you’ll see our sign.
