We operate out of House No-982 in Sector-23, which is in the N.I.T. area of Faridabad. It is a bit of a trek for some, but it is where we have set up our shop. The building is more like a house than a typical office tower. It makes things feel a bit more relaxed, I suppose. We handle export work for Shahi here in Haryana. Faridabad has its own rhythm, different from Noida or Delhi. It is a bit more industrial and rough around the edges. Our office is not anything special to look at from the street. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. But they do the job. We do not spend money on decorating or fancy carpets. We would rather just get the work done. There is a tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. The neighbors are mostly regular families, so we try not to be too loud with the deliveries or when we are moving boxes. It is a small operation in this specific house. We manage the paperwork and the coordination for the shipments. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the numbering in this sector is a bit confusing for new couriers. We are used to it though. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar.
