Rajesh Mathematics (Tuition)

I started teaching math in this small room at 29, Seth Ji Ka Hata because there weren't many options in Aliganj back then. It’s not a fancy coaching center with air conditioning or those digital boards you see on TV. It’s just me, some wooden benches, and a large blackboard that’s seen better days. Students from all over Banda come here after their regular school hours. Sometimes the street outside gets really noisy with the rickshaws, but the kids usually manage to focus when we are deep into algebra or trigonometry. I don’t promise anyone they will become a genius overnight. Math takes time and most kids just need someone to explain it slowly without shouting. We spend a lot of time on basic calculations because that is where most people trip up. I usually keep some extra chalk in the drawer and there's a water cooler in the corner for when it gets hot in the afternoons. It’s a simple setup. Parents often drop by to ask about their child's progress, and we just sit and talk for a bit. It’s more of a community thing than a business. We’ve been here for years, and now even the children of my old students are coming to study. It makes me feel a bit old, but seeing a kid finally get a difficult sum right is still a good feeling. That’s pretty much how we run things here.
