Rachana Traders

Rachana Traders is located right at the Banda Chauraha in Mahoba. Being at a chauraha means we are right in the thick of the traffic and the noise of the town. There is always someone honking or a rickshaw passing by the front door. We are a trading business, so our days are mostly spent talking to suppliers and looking at whatever goods are coming in that week. Our shop isn't very large, and it is usually packed to the ceiling with boxes and crates of whatever we are currently stocking. We have been here in Mahoba for a while, and most of the other shopkeepers around the junction are people we see every morning. It is a bit of a squeeze inside sometimes, especially when a new delivery arrives and we have to find a place for everything. We do not really have a set routine; it just depends on who walks through the door or what the market is doing that day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy moving inventory to worry about that. It is an honest living, and we like being part of the daily bustle at the crossroads. If you are passing through Banda Chauraha, you will likely see us standing out front or moving stuff around. We just keep things simple and focus on the trade.
