DNAS Developers India Private Limited is situated at House Number 363, right in Ward Number 1 of Anu, Hamirpur. It’s a local spot in a busy part of town. We spend most of our time looking at plans and trying to get our developments moving along. Hamirpur is a growing place, and you can see new things being built almost every week. Our office is tucked away in Anu, and it’s where we do all the planning and talk to the guys on the ground. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that, just a few people who know about construction and land. Some days are just spent on the phone or filling out forms at the local government offices, which can be a bit of a headache for us. When the weather is clear, we’re usually out checking on the progress of our current projects. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Himachal over the years, and we’re just trying to be a part of it. It’s not always easy work, especially when the costs of materials keep changing, but we keep at it. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks from H.N. 363. We’re just trying to build things that last and keep the business running for another year. It’s a basic life but a good one, and we wouldn't want to be doing anything else right now.
