Creative Electronics

Down here in Hamirpur, at Mig 265 in Ward 7, we’ve got our little electronics setup. It is right in the housing colony, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main market area. We handle all sorts of small electronic tasks that people need help with. You’ll see plenty of wires and testing tools spread out over the table. It’s a regular house-based setup, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We see a lot of the same faces coming by when their gadgets act up. The weather here in HP can get a bit chilly, so we usually have a heater going in the corner during the winter months. It is not a corporate office with a lobby; it's just a room where we get to work on boards and circuits. We spend our mornings checking what came in the day before. Some things are easy fixes, while others take a lot of staring at diagrams. We try to keep things organized, but when you have fifty different types of screws, some are bound to get mixed up. It’s honest work. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for the neighbors to find us. If a light isn't blinking or a device won't charge, we take it apart and see what's happening inside. That is pretty much our whole day, every day. We don't have any fancy displays, just our tools and some spare parts.
