Brajraj Nursing & Paramedical Foundation

The building is basically a large house that we use for the nursing and paramedical work. It doesn’t feel like a cold institution, which I think the students and visitors appreciate. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We have classrooms and some practical areas set up for the nursing side of things. Ambedkar Nagar is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve been here at number 11/56 for a while now. It’s not a shiny new complex, but it works for what we need. The desks are a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a functional space. Most of us who work here are from Hamirpur or nearby, so it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and training, so there’s always someone running around with a clipboard. It’s a simple setup without any corporate polish. We don’t have a big fancy entrance, just the front door of the house. People in Uttar Pradesh know that you don't need a massive building to do good work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do here in Ambedkar Nagar.
