Aarambha Texcom Private Limited

So, Aarambha Texcom is based out of House No. 34 in the Housing Board Colony here in Hamirpur. It's a quiet neighborhood, mostly just families and a few small businesses like ours tucked away. We handle a lot of textile work, mostly dealing with different fabrics and clothes. Being in Himachal, the weather changes how we work sometimes, especially when the rains come through. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us working out of the colony space. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and looking at samples that come in the mail. My neighbor's dog usually barks when the courier arrives, which is how we know we have work to do. We've been in this spot for a while now and most people in the colony know us. We don't do much advertising because we're usually too busy keeping up with the orders we already have. It can get a little cramped with all the rolls of cloth and paperwork everywhere. Sometimes we have to move stuff to the kitchen table just to have a meeting. We just focus on getting the fabric sorted and sent out to whoever needs it. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we like being part of the community here in Hamirpur. It feels good to have a local business that actually stays local. We plan to stay in this house for as long as we can.
