You can find Shubham Crane Service at Office No. 38 in the Shyam Complex. We are right near the bus stand, so the sound of engines and people shouting for their stops is something we hear all day long. The office is a small room where we keep the ledgers and the keys for the machines. Most of the real work happens outside, where the cranes are stationed or out on a job site. Shyam Complex is a busy place with all sorts of small offices and shops packed together. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating where a crane needs to go and making sure the operators are ready. It’s a bit of a dusty environment because of all the buses moving in and out nearby. There’s a small bench for visitors, but most people just stand while they talk to us. We keep a jug of water and some glasses on a side table for anyone who's thirsty from the heat outside. The paperwork piles up on the desk, and we try to keep it organized with some old folders and clips. It’s a straightforward business of moving heavy stuff from one place to another. We don’t have much in the way of luxury here, just a functional office that serves as our home base. At the end of the day, we make sure the cranes are parked safely and the office is locked up tight for the night.
