Roopkala Polymers

Roopkala Polymers is our small operation over at Plot No. 930. We’ve been here for a while, working with polymer materials and making different types of components. The workshop is set up with some basic machinery and plenty of storage for the raw pellets we use. It’s a lot of monitoring temperatures and making sure the pressure is just right. If things are off by a little bit, the whole batch can be ruined, so we have to pay attention. We aren't some big high-tech factory. It's more of a family-feeling place where we know each other's names and families. We grab lunch together and talk about the news or the local cricket scores. The building itself is just a standard industrial unit, nothing fancy on the outside. Inside, it’s organized chaos. We know where the tools are even if it looks messy to an outsider. We’ve had some tough times like everyone else, but we’ve managed to keep the machines running. We focus on getting the orders out on time because we know our customers are waiting on them. It’s hard work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished product that you made yourself. We just take it one day at a time here at the plot. It's a simple life, but it works for us and keeps the lights on in the shop every month.
