Ronit Plastic Industries

Ronit Plastic Industries is a small outfit operating from Plot No. 206-4. We are tucked away in a row of similar units, so you have to look closely for the number on the door. Our main thing is plastic manufacturing, mostly smaller items that don’t require massive machines. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a big shipment of raw material sitting near the entrance. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it’s a bit of a mess. There’s about five of us who work here regularly. We share the workload, from running the presses to packing the boxes for delivery. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We’re usually in old clothes that we don’t mind getting a bit of grease or plastic dust on. The roof is made of tin, so when it rains, you can barely hear yourself talk inside. We’ve been in this specific plot for a few years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't have any big goals of becoming a huge factory; we just want to do our work well and get home on time. It’s a basic operation where we value showing up and doing what's expected. We’ve learned over time that keeping things simple is usually the best way to handle the day-to-day stress of running a small workshop in this area.
