Polypack Industries

We are over at Plot No. 1813. It’s a busy spot especially when the trucks are coming in to load up. The main thing here is the sound of the rollers and the smell of the materials we use for the packing stuff. It’s not a quiet place to work, but you get used to the hum of the factory after a few days. We started out small and just kept adding a machine here and there as we needed them. Now the floor is pretty crowded. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we all know how the machines act when they get old. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over the noise or wait until the lunch break. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just part of being in this industrial zone. The office is just a small room with some old files and a desk that’s seen better days. We don’t spend much time in there anyway. Most of our day is spent out on the floor making sure the rolls are straight and the plastic is cutting right. Polypack Industries is just a local business trying to keep up with the orders that come through the door every week.
