P. Sameer Company

You can find P. Sameer Company at Plot No. 12 in the Laxmi Industrial Estate. We are right across from the GIDC, which makes it a very convenient spot for us. There is always a lot of traffic coming and going on the main road outside. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular industrial unit with a big heavy door. Inside, we handle a variety of tasks depending on what the current projects are. We’ve been at this address for several years now. The space inside is mostly filled with equipment and stacks of crates. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work for the daily grind. We have a few people working here who have become like family over the years. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it through over some tea. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a shipment, but nobody complains much. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to get the heaviest lifting done early in the morning. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing. People find us because they need what we do and they've heard we are reliable through word of mouth. It's just a simple business running out of a simple plot. We like it that way and plan to stay for as long as we can.
