Nilesh Plastic

We are located at Plot No. 302. It is just a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have a couple of injection molding machines that run pretty much all day. Nilesh Plastic is not a giant operation. We started out with one second-hand machine and slowly added another one when we saved up enough money. Most of what we make are small plastic components that go into bigger products. We deal with a lot of scrap and regrind too, trying to keep the costs down for our customers. Sometimes the plastic smells a bit strong when the heaters are warming up in the morning. We don't have a big office or a manager in a suit. I usually handle the orders myself while also checking the parts coming off the line. It gets a bit hectic when we have a big deadline, but we usually manage to get the bags packed and ready for the truck on time. The floor is always covered in those tiny plastic pellets, no matter how much we sweep. It is just the way it is. We don't do anything fancy, just standard plastic work for the local market. If someone needs a specific color or shape, we try our best to match it with what we have. It is an honest living and we have some good regulars who keep us busy throughout the year.
