You can find Kunal Electrical right across from Vikrant Suspension Ltd at Plot No. 1706-5. It is a busy little stretch of road and we get a lot of dust from the trucks passing by. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things, from coils of wire to switches and different types of conduits. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment comes in and we have to find space on the shelves. We don't really have a showroom; it's more like a functional warehouse where we know exactly which bin holds the small brass fittings. The lights hum a bit and there is usually some talk going on about a project someone is working on nearby. We have been here for a while and the location is easy to explain to people because of the suspension factory right opposite us. Sometimes we have to spend the whole afternoon just counting inventory or untangling a mess of cables that didn't get put away properly the night before. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks, and the desk is covered in old catalogs and scraps of paper with measurements scribbled on them. It’s just the way we like to run things, without any of that unnecessary fuss you see in the bigger city stores. There’s always a bit of grease and copper dust around, but that’s the job.
