Our office is at Plot 6, right on the GIDC Main Road. We are pretty easy to find because we're near the Jap Cinema and right across from the Bank of Baroda. It's a noisy spot with all the trucks and cars passing by all day. We’ve been running transport services from here for a long time. The office itself is just a basic room with a few desks and a lot of files stacked up. We spend our days talking to drivers and making sure the loads are moving between Delhi and Punjab and everywhere else. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We aren't a big corporate outfit with a shiny lobby. It’s mostly just us and the sound of the traffic outside. People stop by to drop off papers or just to have a quick chat about the routes. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the logbooks to worry about that. We know the main road like the back of our hands. It gets busy during the shift changes at the cinema, so parking can be a bit of a headache then. We just stay focused on the trucks and making sure the deliveries are handled. It’s practical work for people who don't mind a bit of grit. We are just a local bunch of people keeping the transport lines open for everyone.
