This facility is located at Plot No. 1702 and 1703, which is where we do all our engineering work. It is a big space with plenty of room for the heavy machines we use every day. If you walked inside, you wouldn't see anything flashy. It's mostly just metal, tools, and people in work clothes trying to get through their daily tasks. The environment is quite loud because of the nature of the work, but we've all gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of different projects under the Caparo Engineering name. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, and you can feel the pressure on the shop floor, but we just keep at it. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stories about what we do. We are just a group of engineers and technicians who know how to handle steel and machinery. The building is a bit older now, showing some wear and tear, but it serves its purpose well. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the layout of the plots like the back of our hands. We take our breaks in a small corner of the building and then get back to the machines. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the parts and the orders that come in, making sure things are done properly.
